As a student of light and shadow, I was very curious about the lighting of the crepuscular hour, and what crepuscular entails. It is similar to twilight, when the sun is not seen on the horizon, when the sun is about to rise or the sun has recently set, a changing of worlds. Crepuscular gives the sensation of the occult night just touching the bright daylight, and vice versa. I wanted to embody this feeling, as well as the stillness and sense of blur that happens in between. Crepuscular is at twilight, when the world either takes in or releases its big breathe of day.
I used a minimalist of materials, just wire and tissue paper, its a mist effect running through the light fixture. To plan out the structural wireframe, I used Rhino.
